The Outdoor Helper LLC operates out of Moosup, CT 06354 and services towns within a 40-mile radius, including but not limited to Montville, Franklin, Bozrah, Colchester, Lisbon, Moosup and surrounding areas.

2. Quotes and Estimates

  • All quotes provided are free and non-binding until a written agreement is signed.

  • Estimates may be subject to change based on site conditions or changes to requested services.

  • Final pricing will be provided before any work begins.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Missed appointments without notice may incur a service fee.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection actions.

5. Service Guarantee

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service and we will address the issue.

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or customer interference is not covered under our guarantee.

6. Property Access

  • The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property on the scheduled service date.

  • The Outdoor Helper LLC is not liable for delays caused by locked gates, pets, or obstructed work areas.

7. Liability

  • The Outdoor Helper LLC is fully insured.

  • We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or objects not clearly marked or disclosed by the property owner.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, logos, images, graphics) is the property of The Outdoor Helper LLC and may not be reused without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
